We all know that moving house can sometimes be a very stressful experience. Here at Scanlans Solicitors we pride ourselves on providing a friendly efficient and professional service to guide you through every step of the Conveyancing process.

We are accredited members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme which assures you of the highest standard of service. We shall explain and guide you through the various stages of your particular transaction, whether it is the sale of a Freehold or Leasehold property, the purchase of a new build, Help to Buy or Shared Ownership Scheme, as well as Buy to Let investments. There are no referral fees, meaning we do not have to buy in or pay for work, ultimately benefiting you.

Brendan Donnelly will carry out the majority of the conveyancing transactions.  He is an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having over 30 years experience.  Fiona Donnelly, Consultant Solicitor, has been qualified for over 40 years also undertakes Conveyancing transactions.  Both are supervised by Heather Bolton who is a Director at the firm and has been qualified as a solicitor in 2002.

Fees

Below is a list of our fees for Sale and Purchase. Disbursements are not included in the price. Should you wish to receive a quotation for a different transaction please contact us for a no-obligation quotation.
The fees below are for a sale and purchase.  If buying or selling a leasehold property there will be an additional charge of £150.00 plus VAT.  
If the Property is Unregistered there will be an additional charged of £200.00 plus VAT.
If you are purchasing a newbuild property, there will be an additional charge of £250.00 plus VAT.
If you are buying your home using the help to buy equity loan there will be an additional charge of £200.00 plus VAT.
Mortgages and re-mortgage transactions start from £350.00 plus VAT and disbursements (up to £200,000) and £450.00 plus VAT (£200,000 - £500,000).
